QLU-3088 solvent-free wear-resistant epoxy flat coating
1. Product characteristics.
QLU-3088 adopts imported 828 resin or 128 resin, high quality color filler, solvent, BYK ( Bick ) additives, American gas company curing agent and other raw materials. It is a two-component material with high solid content and low viscosity. QLU-3088 has a series of excellent features such as high mechanical wear resistance and adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, resistance to acid, alkali, salt liquid and petroleum products, and excellent flooring surface coating beauty and decorative properties.
2. Usage description.
(1) Uses.
General industrial plants (such as electronics factories, food factories, precision machinery factories), GMP industry plants, laboratories, shopping centers, parking lots and other ground surface coatings.
(2) Construction requirements.
Mixing: In the process of storage, component A may have slight precipitation, so mix component A well before mixing; pour A/B into the mixing barrel in proportion and mix well before construction.
Construction methods:
Base coat: use QLU1023 or 3001 base coat to achieve uniform film formation.
Middle coating: use QLU3078 middle coating and mix quartz sand to the required thickness.
Top coat: roll or spray QLU3088, mixer material on the closed middle coat.
Reference dosage: 0.1-0.8kg/m 2( two times)
Construction conditions: water content requires less than 8%, relative humidity less than 55%, and construction should be avoided on rainy days or when the relative humidity of the atmosphere is higher than 85%, or when the temperature is below 10℃.
3. Caution.
Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.

This product is a chemical, swallowing is harmful or fatal, if swallowed should immediately seek medical advice. If splashed in the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately in serious cases. Pay attention to take precautionary measures, fire and explosion prevention, and the disposal of residues should comply with the safety regulations of relevant countries or local governments.
