1. Product features.
It is constructed together with fresh cement, which is integrated with cement, not afraid of moisture, strong and not easy to delamination; the surface wear-resistance is multiplied, especially wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and the performance is several times better than ordinary terrazzo; the surface is leveled and polished by machinery, and the flatness is obviously better than ordinary cement ground; the construction period is short, and it is formed once with cement ground; it is waterproof, fireproof, oil-resistant, and resistant to general acid and alkali.
2. Usage instructions.
(1) Uses.
Factory workshops, warehouses, docks, parking lots, garages, large shopping supermarkets, showrooms, squares, maintenance centers, logistics centers.
(2) Construction requirements.
The concrete base leveling layer should be more than 30mm and 50mm, with a collapse degree of 75-100mm. The surface of concrete should be dense, smooth and free from water secretion.
When the concrete is first set, test with finger pressure, leaving 3-5mm marks, then construction can begin.
Hand-spread the ground hardening material, wait for it to absorb the concrete moisture to become wet, then use the smoothing machine to compact and finish.
Use manual squeegee to finish the mechanical construction area.
Do not splash water on the surface during the construction process.
After the surface is finished, use special maintenance agent, use fine mist spray construction maintenance, do not cover with plastic sheeting.
Cut expansion joints.
Use sealant coating.
Sealcoat: In some cases there is a high demand for aesthetic and chemical resistance, in this case it is recommended to cover with a layer of CE01.
3. Caution.
Sealed storage: in a cool and ventilated place, moisture-proof and sun-proof.

This product is a chemical, swallowing is harmful or fatal, if swallowed should immediately seek medical advice. If splashed in the eyes accidentally, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately in serious cases. Pay attention to take precautionary measures, fire and explosion prevention, and the disposal of residues should comply with the safety regulations of relevant countries or local governments.
